Artisan in action
Getting the Dongyi all set-up and running turned out to be less of an issue than anticipated. Still building on the confidence to roast a full batch. Taking note that the initial sample batches are ok, but not the same quality result as is currently achievable with the Ikawa's and the Sonofresco.
Having said all that, also worth mentioning that the theory that there is a strong link between the flavour dissipation profile and the roasting profile needs some more data to proof.
The roast report from the Artisan software comes in handy.
