Roasting Coffee


A beautiful cup of coffee starts with fresh coffee, then comes fresh water, these are the sum of ingredients required.  Following onto fresh ingredients will be the ratio in which these are combined to impact the taste and flavor in your cup.

Rule of thumb that is easy to remember and execute is 10g of coffee ground to 100ml of water @ 93 deg C.
